By downloading, accessing, or using the App (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The App provides construction-related tools, calculations, and assistance features (“Construction Tools”). The Service is provided for informational and convenience purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Understand that outputs from the App may not always be error-free and should be verified independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

  • Decisions made based on the App’s outputs.

9. Subscriptions & Payments 

If the App offers paid features:

  • Fees and billing are managed through your Apple ID account or other payment method.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links or integrations with third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or performance.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violating these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, all rights granted to you cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
